• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• This is not a remote position
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must enjoy talking to people and be confident on the phone
• Excelleng phone etiquette and be able to multi-task multiple screens at once
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Must be 18 or older (back ground check will be performed)
• Must have reliable transportation and preferably line in or near Fort Worth, NRH, Haltom Area

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Manage appointment calendar, calls, and e-mails
• Taking in-bound lead calls to quote for insurance
• This is not a remote position
