As an unlicensed staff you will be required to be actively perusing your property & casualty and life insurance state licenses. You will gain access to online study material as well as in person work experience in a local insurance agency office setting. With each obtained license comes an increase in base pay and opportunity to sell policies in the pertaining line of business resulting in increased commission and bonuses.
