We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales while managing and mentoring the team to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. This position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary + commission with a range of $45,760 - $80,080, plus team performance bonuses.

Salary band is based on Base Salary + Commissions with 100% Targets being met.

Will not limit commission! If targets are excelled we will continue to pay commission beyond salary band

Salary Range: $45,760.00 - $80,080.00 per year

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience In Customer Service & Insurance Sales (Experience should not include time spent procuring licenses)
  • Required to have Current Life & Health + Property & Casualty VA licenses
  • Intimate knowledge of Sales Operations at leading Insurance Agency
  • Digitally dexterous & Possess a medium-level command of MS Office, in particular Excel / Power Point
  • Ability to articulate and explain insurance products and intricacies of policies in English and Spanish
  • Must not be appointed with another Insurance Agency / or Must be willing to resign from all existing agency appointments
  • Bachelor's Degree / Completion of 4 yr University Studies
  • Ability to Work from the office 5 days a week on a 9-5pm schedule
  • Required to conduct outside sales to commercial prospects
  • Required to work some weekends - Rotating Schedule
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Able to articulate/explain Sales Operations Processes & Procedures at a High Level, Coach, & produce draft procedures with the help of team members
  • Mentor & Develop Producer - Junior Producer - CSSR & provide feedback on performance on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on fair and ethical treatment of clients.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
