We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative with aspirations to become a lead producer/manager. This role supports the Agency Lead Producer in prospecting, selling insurance, and maintaining policies and procedures. You will also coordinate marketing events and activations to grow the business. This position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary + commission with a range of $35,360 - $60,112.

Will not limit commission! If targets are excelled we will continue to pay agent commission beyond salary band

Salary Range: $35,360.00 - $60,112.00 per year

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience In Insurance Sales (Experience should not include time spent procuring licenses)
  • Required to have Current Life & Health + Property & Casualty VA licenses
  • Digitally dexterous & Possess a medium-level command of MS Office, in particular Excel / Power Point
  • Must not be appointed with another Insurance Agency / or Must be willing to resign from all existing agency appointments
  • Completion of 2 yr University Studies
  • Ability to Work from the office 5 days a week on a  9-5pm schedule
  • Required to work some weekends - Rotating Schedule


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Insurance Sales greater than 1.5 years
  • Experience working with sales/leads technology
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
Responsibilities
  • Ability to engage with customers addressing their insurance needs & closing sales
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Ability to articulate and explain insurance products and intricacies of policies in English and Spanish & help Lead Producers formulate and Maintain Agency Policies / Procedures & Standards
  • Mentor & Develop Junior Producer - CSSR & provide feedback on performance on an ongoing basis under Lead Producer Direction
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to closing sales.
