Entry Level
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
Experience: Prior administrative or office management experience, preferably within the insurance industry.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and appointments, keeping a detailed and updated calendar.
Communication: Act as the liaison between clients and insurance agents, ensuring effective and timely communication.
Administrative Assistance: Provide direct support to insurance agents, assisting with policy documentation and follow-ups.
