Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, especially within the insurance industry, is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to effectively interact with customers.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.

Property & Casualty Insurance License: License preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Policy Assistance: Help clients understand their insurance policies, claims processes, and coverage options.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in our system.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, fostering a positive experience.

Billing Support: Assist customers with billing questions, payment processing, and policy renewals.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure clients receive comprehensive service and support.

Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on industry changes and company policies.
