Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Experience in Sales Training within P&C Insurance or equivalent industry experience strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, training, coaching, or talent management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful talent acquisition and development programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring and energizing teams.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Design and roll out engaging and impactful training programs for new hires and existing team members, with a focus on sales techniques, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives to strengthen team performance.
  • Deliver hands-on coaching and mentorship to empower employees to achieve professional growth and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our training materials and strategies are always cutting-edge.
  • Performance Coaching - Serve as an inspiring coach and motivator, helping team members unlock their full potential and drive results.
  • Partner with leadership to set clear performance goals and implement strategies to achieve and surpass them.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence across the agency.


Talent Acquisition

  • Create and execute bold and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-performing talent who align with our fast-paced and ambitious culture.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through job boards, social media, partnerships, and employee referrals.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment trends, identify areas of opportunity, and continuously optimize hiring processes.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain data-driven metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment, training, and performance initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis, driving improvements and innovation.
  • Track key indicators, such as retention rates, time-to-fill metrics, and training ROI, to fine-tune future strategies.
