Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

License Reimbursement

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a P & C customer service or account management role
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Educate clients on insurance coverages, products, and services to ensure they have the protection they need
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and service activities within our agency management system
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
• Support clients by identifying gaps in coverage and offering solutions that align with their needs
