Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales preferred
• A valid Property and Casualty license (or willingness to obtain one quickly with provided support)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to assess their insurance needs
• Proactively sell and cross-sell property and casualty insurance products
• Educate clients on policy features, coverage details
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
