Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license with agency sponsorship
  • 40-hour workweek commitment
  • Professional mindset and coachability
  • Comfort working toward measurable performance goals
  • Sales experience is helpful but not required. Work ethic and attitude matter more.
Responsibilities
  • Learning our structured sales system
  • Developing professional phone and communication skills
  • Speaking with prospective customers about coverage needs
  • Quoting and building insurance packages
