Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail Orientation: Keen attention to detail, particularly in document handling and data entry tasks.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while contributing to a positive team culture.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other office-related applications.
Policyholder Assistance: Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues related to their insurance policies.
Claims Processing: Assist clients in the claims process, ensuring accurate and timely submission and follow-up for quick resolutions.
Customer Records Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Policy Information: Explain policy features and options to clients, helping them understand their coverage and making informed decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to deliver consistent and high-quality service to all clients.
Improvement Initiatives: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve client service skills.
