• Base Salary: $36,000 annually paid semi monthly
• Aggressive Commission Structure: Up to 22% on Allstate New Business
• Brokered Business: 7% commission
• National General: 3% commission
• Commission paid on 1st & 15th from dollar one no waiting

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required (we can help you get licensed in Ohio if needed)
• Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role is highly preferred
