We are hiring a motivated and personable Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're looking for a sales role with strong support, real career growth potential, and an office that celebrates success every week, this is your chance.

  • Base salary between $35,000 - $55,000 based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions on top

Requirements
  • Must hold a valid insurance license
  • Less than one year of experience needed, with the right attitude and motivation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outgoing, persistent, and resilient when handling objections
  • Organized and detail-oriented with follow-through on leads
Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide customized quotes and solutions for auto, home, and other lines of insurance
  • Follow up with leads and win-back clients using structured outreach plans
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
