We are considering candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Integrity & Work Ethic: Proven history of professionalism, dependability, and strong work ethic.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in bilingual commissioned sales or a comparable role. (You must provide sales metrics and/or references.)

Your Role:

As a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Professional, you'll:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, empathy, and clarity
  • Assist clients with payments, policy questions, and coverage updates
  • Conduct needs-based policy reviews and close new business with professionalism and care

Total Compensation Package: $75,000 - $100,000+

Requirements
  • Nevada Property & Casualty license
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Ability to commute to and work full time at our Agency Location
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to succeed
  • Must be coachable and team-oriented
  • Sales experience with verifiable performance metrics
