Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level sales position. This position is part time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews.  Full time employment opportunities are also available for sales representatives looking to improve their selling techniques and increase commissions. This position offers a base salary + commission opportunities.. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license or personal lines insurance license is required.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
