Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Previous office management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a significant plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or insurance agency management software.
  • Spanish Speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and client communications.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in the agency's systems.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Order and manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
