We are seeking a well-rounded customer service team member. Someone who anticipates what is needed next and will go above and beyond to deliver first class service. We would like you to be full-time, but will also consider part-time flexible schedules. We are looking for someone with insurance experiance, or office experience. The Sniezek Group Agency is the largest Allstate Insurance agency in MN and still growing. Each agency has a small office feel, but we all work together to manage the agency as a whole.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

• Build and maintain relationships with our customers and within the community.
• Work with customers via phone, email, text and in person.
• Review customer policies for proper coverage and discounts.
• Assist sales agent team to welcome new customers
• Assist in managing our online presence along with social media (if that is something you enjoy.)
