Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Prior telemarketing experience, preferably in the insurance sector, is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities and active listening skills are essential.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using CRM software and other telemarketing tools is required.

Customer Focus: A dedication to providing excellent customer service and the ability to understand client needs.

Adaptability: Able to work effectively both remotely and in-office, maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for insurance consultations.

Client Engagement: Engage with prospects through phone calls, providing information about insurance products and services.

Data Management: Accurately record and update client information in the agency's database.

Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client queries are addressed and appointments are confirmed.

Relationship Building: Develop rapport with clients to encourage interest and trust in our services.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and transition of leads.

Feedback: Provide valuable insights regarding client feedback to improve strategies and approaches.
