Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Licensure: Must obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service. Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Local Candidate: Must reside in or near Livonia, Michigan for in-person work.

Client Interaction: Engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain policy options, and close sales deals.

Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to policyholders, answer queries, and address concerns promptly.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Allstate's product offerings and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to the agency's success.
