All applicants with experienced outbound and inbound telemarketing experience are encouraged to apply. There will be digital design/graphic work required as well after your extensive 90 day in Agency training begins. • Assessment must be completed prior to a phone interview.
• Possess an Iowa Personal lines insurance license. Position requires you to be licensed prior to Day 1
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic TEAM attitude. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up working with Windows 11 primarily
• Digital graphics/design or equivalent experience preferred - you will be designing digital flyers/promotional materials etc.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies would be helpful

• Prospect & generate new business, while maintaining existing relationships, through our lead & referral platforms. Our technology makes it extremely efficient to navigate through multiple leads at a time, saving you time for other projects
• LEADS - we already HAVE THEM!! But we need your help in calling them to protect them more, while operating multiple platforms and adhering to strict compliance guidelines
• Be capable to operate VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other integrated technology platforms with little to no supervision, while knowing the Scrubbing and FCC/DNS guidelines
• Unfortunately, adhering to FCC/DNS guidelines, if you have any charges related to theft, violence, drugs within the past seven years or ANY past convictions concerning violation of the FCC rules, you are ineligible for employment with us, at this time.
