Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
Requirements:
- Active insurance license in the state of Iowa, if not licensed currently employer will pay for licensing costs after 90 days of employment.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field recommended, not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of insurance software
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and existing client base
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and personalized service
- Follow up with potential clients and leads to efficiently close sales
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated on insurance products and industry trends
