Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Licensing: An active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with personalized solutions.

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.

Policy Sales: Present and sell insurance policies to prospective clients, explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage options.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries or issues promptly.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure ethical selling practices.
