Seeking a highly motivated and proactive job seeker interested in developing their insurance career with us. In this inside sales role, you will primariliy work with current customers to deepen relationships within the home, work with prior customers, and generate leads through past quotes and referrals. Requotes and winbacks are still a high close source as we focus on rapport at all stages! Opportunity to work in commercial sales as a development opportunity as well.

This inside sales position offers a competitive salary plus a lucrative commission structure. We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry as our next sales representative. TONS of growth opportunity financially and professionally.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience
• Current Property & Casualty insurance license
• Self - Driven
• Coachable, sales minded professional
• Positive mindset

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Life licenses a plus but not required. Required to uncover life/retirement opportunities

• Achieve sales goals.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
