Leads vary from local inbound, mailers, paid leads as well as self generating through promoting our referral program, local networking and social media presence. Cold calling on internet leads as well as requotes and winbacks are still a high close source as we focus on rapport at all stages!

This sales position offers a competitive salary plus lucrative commission structure. We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry as our next sales representative. TONS of growth opportunity financially and professionally.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience
• Current Property & Casualty insurance license
• Self - Driven
• Coachable, sales minded professional
• Positive mindset

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Life licenses a plus but not required. Required to uncover life/retirement opportunities

• Achieve sales goals.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
