Seeking a highly motivated and convincing job seeker interested in developing our insurance career with us. Leads vary from local inbound, mailers, paid leads as well as self generating through promoting our referral program, local networking and social media presence. Cold calling on requotes and winbacks still a high close source as we focus on rapport at all stages!

This sales position offers a competitive salary plus lucrative commission structure. We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry as our next sales representative. The low end of the range is if you are doing the bare minimum - TONS of growth opportunity.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• 2+ years sales experience
• Current Property & Casualty insurance license

• Achieve sales goals through mailers, data leads, marketing tactics as well as CRM leads database, referrals, and cold-calling.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
