We are GROWING and seeking to add a strong customer service representative with at least 2 years of prior, recent, Allstate service experience to the team as a 100% remote position.

Our agency prides itself on exceptional customer service! Additional position is to accommodate the growing client base as well as the ability to proactively reach out on reviews and cross sale opportunities (additional commission opportunity). Service role will be responsible for the normal day to day activities (payments/endorsements) with the expectation that mini reviews are completed during those inbound calls to ensure we are meeting the clients needs. Responsible for additional, proactive insurance reviews and cross selling within existing customer household.

Prior work from home success is a plus, but not a requirement.

Life licensed and experience writing life is also a plus!

Office is on central time and regular office hours 8:30-5:30/ 9-5 on Fridays applies. Licensed in IN, IL and looking to add MI before 2023.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests timely.
• Mini review of HH at inbound interactions to ensure client profile is accurate and meets needs of client.
• Achieve cross sale goals.
• Present and explain insurance policies based on client needs and goals.
