Requirements
- Licensed P&C professionals preferred, but we will train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
- Strong integrity and a solid work ethic – must provide references.
- Proven sales success (1+ years in commission-based sales or a related field).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.
Responsibilities
- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to follow up on leads and generate new business.
- Develop quotes, present insurance solutions, and close sales.
- Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage.
- Educate clients on how our insurance products protect their assets and loved ones.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term relationships.
