Job Overview
Our Allstate Agency is looking for a career minded individual to join our successful sales team. As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, and Home insurance business. Our agency invests heavily in marketing so client leads are always available. We are a fast paced environment and we operate 2 Allstate Agencies in the Kentucky area. We are in need a goal orientated and hard working individual to help us continue to grow exponentially.
Ideal candidate will possess a Property/Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one and have a great personality.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.50 per year

Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license

- Be a fantastic presenter.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
