• An active insurance license is required to be
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and quick thinking under pressure
• Commitment to daily practice and improvement
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and policy updates

• Educate clients on a variety of insurance solutions that meet their needs
• Craft personalized proposals based on client goals and risks
• Generate new business through outbound calls, texts, and emails
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process
• Manage timely follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
