We’re seeking a motivated and personable Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and providing outstanding service to our clients. You'll enjoy a supportive and fun office atmosphere, with the flexibility to work from home half the week after completing your initial training.   • First year earnings 40-75k (base + commission + bonuses)
  • Bonuses: Sales incentives, gift cards, and performance-based promotions
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office with hybrid work-from-home option after training

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Prior insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter mindset and positive attitude
  • Skilled at working independently and as part of a team
  • Confident communicator with strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through paid leads, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Deliver top-tier service to both new and existing customers
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
  • Assist with general office support, including occasional service work
