Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
Must hold or obtain a Property & Casualty license prior to start date
Must be able to complete 6-month in-office training full time at Warrenton location.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop and establish relationships with prospects
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other provided lead sources
- Ability to identify individual insurance needs and compare/educate prospects on Allstate products
- Quote and bind new business
