Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A patient and empathetic approach to helping others.

Serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, offering a friendly and helpful greeting.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general information needs.

Process policy endorsements and update customer records accurately.

Help resolve customer issues with patience and find effective solutions.

Educate customers on their policies and available services.

Our Allstate Agency is a family-owned business in Williston, VT. John Coburn, opened the agency 40 years ago and in 2006, I (Michael) moved back to Vermont from California to work along side him. In 2014 I purchased the agency from my father so he could enjoy a well-deserved retirement after all his years of hard work. I am proud to keep his legacy going of providing service-oriented business to help people in Vermont with their insurance and financial needs as a local trusted advisor.
