Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Be the face of the agency—connect with people, ask the right questions, and match families with coverage that actually fits their life. You’re not “selling policies,” you’re helping people protect what matters most.

Lead Generation: Keep your pipeline moving by working fresh leads, following up like a pro, and using proven tools and strategies to turn interest into appointments—and appointments into sales.


Product Mastery: Become the go-to insurance expert. Learn Allstate’s products inside and out so you can confidently explain options, highlight value, and make recommendations that feel clear and easy for clients.


Client Retention: Build real relationships that last. Stay in touch, solve problems, and create a “customers for life” experience that keeps people loyal and referring friends and family.


Sales & Activity Tracking: Own your results. Track conversations, quotes, and wins in our CRM so your progress is measurable, your follow-ups are sharp, and your success is repeatable.


Team Collaboration: Win as a team. Share ideas, swap strategies, celebrate victories, and push each other toward bigger goals in a competitive, positive environment.


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm, with flexible options to swap a 4-hour or 8-hour shift for Saturday (9:30am–6:30pm) when needed.. You can also work a fixed Tue - Saturday 9:30am - 6:30pm schedule, if you'd like.


Work-from-Home Opportunity (after 1 year): Earn the ability to work remotely once you’ve proven yourself—requires reliable childcare, 300+ Mbps internet, and a dedicated home office setup (workspace, desk, and chair used only for work).
