·Seeking enthusiastic sales staff to generate and follow up on existing leads to quote and sell Allstate P&C products. This is a hybrid position as we are a small office serving our community in person as well as over the phone and online.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

· Property & Casualty license is required to apply
· Life & Health license is a plus
· Sales experience (especially with Allstate ) is preferred
· Insurance experience is preferred
· Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
· Must be motivated and determined
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
· Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
