Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is preferred but will train a good individual.
  • Minimum 1-year prior sales experience preferred, any industry.
  • Fantastic Attitude.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Great listening and closing skills
Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Make daily outbound phone calls for lead generation and proposal follow up.
  • Meet or Exceed Talk Time requirements.
  • Present and explain insurance policies and options based upon prospective clients total needs and their personal goals.
  • Surpass agency minimum sales expectations.
  • Understand and complete daily self-assessment program.
  • Master agency's lead management system.
