We're seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Representative to help grow the agency while providing clients with trusted guidance. This role focuses on managing leads, building relationships with prospects, and recommending insurance solutions that properly protect customers and their families. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to manage your schedule while working toward clear production goals. With paid leads provided, we invest in our people and strong candidates can build a steady book of business and increase their income through consistent sales performance.

  • Base salary of $41,000 with expected first-year earnings of $60,000 - $80,000

Requirements
  • Active California Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
  • Previous Allstate experience is a plus
  • Prior Auto insurance sales experience a bonus
  • Prior insurance sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ethical and customer-focused approach to sales
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through paid leads, requotes, and cross-selling
  • Manage and track opportunities within your sales pipeline
  • Present Allstate insurance solutions that fit client needs
  • Advise clients on coverage options and risk protection
  • Follow up with prospects to close new policies
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity
