We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Insurance Sales Manager to lead our Lynnwood, Washington office. This role is ideal for a positive, approachable leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys driving both people and processes forward. As a key member of our management team, you’ll oversee daily agency operations, ensure compliance, and help guide the strategic direction of the business.

We are offering:

Base salary of $80,000 with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities, potential for year-end total to be $150,000.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty license to be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance agency.
  • Must be Washington state resident.
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
