We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Insurance Operations Manager to lead our Lynnwood, Washington office. This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and inviting leader who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role offers a great base salary of $100,000-$150,000 depending upon experience! Additionally, we offer monthly, quarterly and annual bonus opportunities giving you the opportunity to earn up to $200,000+! As an integral part of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance within our insurance processes. You will have the opportunity to utilize your management expertise to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements

Licensing: Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an insurance operations management role or similar position.
