Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: A current and valid Florida Property & Casualty License is essential.

Experience: A proven track record in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication: Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

Team Orientation: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to work from the office regularly.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and CRM tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Consulting with Clients: Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored advice //

Policy Customization: Create customized insurance plans that align with individual client requirements //

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base //

Retention Strategies: Maintain ongoing relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty //

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals to contribute to the growth of the agency //

Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and insurance product offerings to provide up-to-date advice //

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and overall agency success
