Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • P & C License: Must possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and inviting attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, and claims assistance.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer information and processing transactions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by recommending appropriate coverage options based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
