Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida Insurance License required.
Experience: Experience in insurance industry is required , with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent client service.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction.
