Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in insurance or office management is required

2-20 License required

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage office operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee daily operations, including administrative tasks and staff coordination.

Staff Supervision: Manage and support a team of insurance agents, including training, performance evaluation, and goal setting.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency enhancement and implement strategies to optimize office workflows.

Collaboration: Work closely with insurance agents to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional client experience.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
