We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for personal lines insurance sales, cross-selling to existing customers, and building strong client relationships to ensure they have the coverage they need. Hybrid work location available based on experience

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active insurance license
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within the agency
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure policies meet client needs
  • Strong follow-up skills to maintain client relationships and drive success
Responsibilities
  • Drive personal lines insurance sales, providing tailored coverage solutions
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing customers to ensure complete protection
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to better understand their insurance needs
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve agency growth goals
