We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients, answering coverage questions, processing policy changes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in client retention, relationship building, and identifying opportunities to enhance coverage when appropriate.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in problem-solving, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
While this is primarily a customer service position, team members are expected to contribute to agency growth. Monthly performance goals will include identifying coverage gaps and generating a minimum level of cross-sell and referral activity.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
