Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a valid Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, with a minimum of 1 year preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and meet client needs, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Technology Proficiency: Familiar with CRM software and digital communication tools.

Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively in both physical and virtual environments.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic hybrid remote setting, with efficient time management skills.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.

Account Management: Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely renewals and maximized client retention.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all the insurance products and services offered by Allstate to effectively cross-sell and upsell to clients.

Sales Targets: Drive sales and achieve predetermined targets by identifying potential customers and converting leads.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working environment and achieve collective goals.
