Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in insurance or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly within the insurance industry, is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively support and engage with customers.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand complex customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing comprehensive support.

Policy Management: Assist clients with understanding their policies, processing changes, and guiding them through claims processes.

Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve client issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Information Dissemination: Communicate company promotions, policy changes, and renewal information clearly to clients.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate client records and document all interactions in the system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to provide seamless service to clients.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, company products, and services to offer informed client support.
