We are seeking a driven, coach-minded Sales Manager to lead and develop a growing team of 1–3 Licensed Sales Producers within our agency. This role is designed for a high-performing producer ready to step into leadership while still maintaining personal production goals and helping scale overall agency growth.

The Sales Manager will serve as both:
An individual producer with personal sales expectations
A leader responsible for coaching, accountability, performance development, and culture for the sales team
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Leadership & Team Development
Manage and support 1–3 Licensed Sales Producers
Conduct weekly sales coaching and accountability meetings
Assist with onboarding, training, scripting, objection handling, and pipeline management
Help create a positive, competitive, growth-focused sales culture
Monitor team activity, follow-up consistency, and closing performance
Partner with agency leadership on recruiting and retention initiatives
Individual Production
Maintain personal production goals across agency product lines
Lead from the front through consistent sales activity and execution
Assist with larger or more complex household opportunities
Help maximize cross-sell and retention opportunities
Operations & Growth
Track team KPIs, reporting, and agency performance metrics
Help improve sales systems, workflows, and client experience
Support agency growth initiatives and long-term scalability
Contribute ideas around automation, accountability, and team efficiency
