Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish

Minimum 3 years of experience with either Allstate or State Farm REQUIRED

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do

Assist customers in both English and Spanish

Help clients with billing, policy changes, claims questions, and account support

Build lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized service
