Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license - required.
  • Minimum of 2+ year previous Allstate experience - required.
  • Minimum 2 years prior successful sales experience is required.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must be highly self-motivated. Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills. Be coachable.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Be outstanding at relationship building. One call closers preferred.
  • Cold call, direct email, internet lead generation activities using our CRM platform.
  • Placing 100 outbound calls per day.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and coverages for all property and casualty products.
  • Some evenings and weekends (flex schedule) The "golden hours" of selling
