Are you an Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative? Amazing! Experienced and qualified applicants start with a $36,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $35,000 in commission last year. You will benefit from our proven CRM system using agency supplied internet, mailer and customer leads. High earning potential!

Salary Range: $44,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Be prepared to make big commissions.
  • Property & Casualty license. License is not required to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must be highly self-motivated. Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Cold call, direct email, internet lead generation activities.
  • Attend industry & community events to network and build relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Some evenings and weekends (flex schedule)
